The monument is a statue of an angel with a girl in her arms (a symbol of the soul) on a high trapezoidal pedestal made of white marble. The angel is presented in a state of flight. The open wings are placed vertically, parallel, at some distance from each other. The hair is curly, the head is raised face up, the gaze is directed to the heavens. A long chiton with many assemblies exceeds the figure and gathers under the feet in a single mass (imitation of a cloud). The girl in the arms of the angel is in a state of deep sleep. In the sculpture, which was created under the influence of the traditions of classicism, the author, along with the life-like authenticity of the details, managed to convey the state of an elevated emotional comparison. On a high trapezoidal (in the form of a truncated pyramid) pedestal, in its upper part, on the spherical sections of the front corner parts - the heads of cherubs. On the back of the pedestal, at the top - the sculptor's signature: Aristide Croisy (in French).
