The monument-bust of N.Gogol is located on the territory of the N.V. Gogol Museum-Reserve, which is one of the most significant monuments of Poltava region and is noted for its uniqueness and hospitality. The Gogol estate, where Mykola Gogol once lived, welcomes tourists and connoisseurs of the artist's life and work every day. The territory of the museum-reserve consists of a complex of architectural, landscape and natural objects, including the parental house, an outbuilding, a park-garden and small architectural forms, as well as the grave of his parents. The estate features two memorial ponds with an area of 10 hectares. The Gogol Memorial is not only an important centre for the preservation of Ukraine's spiritual heritage, but also an international scientific and cultural centre. The monument of monumental art
