In 1969, a "Universal" tractor was installed on a rectangular brick pedestal as a monument of labor and production activity. In the second five-year period, Okhtyrsk MTS received the first "Universal" tractor. From 1932 to 1969, one of the first female tractor drivers, Bychkova Yevdokia Sergiivna, worked on the tractor.
